9th Open "Windmills" moved to 11 April 2009

The 9th Open "Windmills" Kids - Pupils - Aspirants tournament has been moved from 4 April 2009 to 11 April 2009, because it would interfere with the German Open 2009. The subscription deadline has also been moved one week ahead, to 4 April 2009. A new outline will be available soon.
