New feature: Tournament howto switching

We try to guide people who are using MA RegOnline as much as possible. As team you might already have been using the manual feature which is located at the top of the website (buttons like 'Register / login' and 'Add competitors'). This will guide teams from loggin into the system and adding competitors to some tournaments until the final touches of their registration by creating printable reports.

Because multiple tournaments are using our MA RegOnline service today, we decided to improve this feature a little bit. Each team, when logged in and subscribed to multiple active tournaments, can switch the manual to another active tournament. When doing this, each team has the possibility to see which part of the registration still need to be done and which part has been done already <b>for each tournament</b>.
